The social pressure of ‘new year, new you’ has such a toxic effect that 1 in 2 women make New Year’s resolutions because they’re dissatisfied with their bodies. The new year has become a time when many women pick apart their bodies and internalise body hate. Dove created a positive social movement to inspire women to change their resolutions, not their bodies. To shift from self hate to radical self acceptance with positive, realistic and self-affirming Unresolutions for 2025.
