Josh is a Creative Director, writer, and director who has worked at Ogilvy, McCann, Clemenger BBDO, AMV BBDO London, and FCB Worldwide.

Josh loves ideas in culture, social and entertainment, writing, making stuff, and being an A.I. generated elf.

Josh has lead creative departments, managed and mentored creative teams, social content creators and designers, run large international and local accounts, won new business, built out social and content offerings, managed content integration and production processes, spoken on panels, won global and local awards and judged on award juries.

He has created campaigns for Dove, eBay, Mastercard, Microsoft, Circles.Life, Hiscox UK, Tourism Australia, V Energy, Gumtree, Brand Australia, Virgin Australia, Qantas, Red Rock Deli, Hungry Jack’s, Tourism Queensland, Lindt, Honda, Air New Zealand, Telstra, Google, e-Harmony, Who Magazine, Bombay Sapphire, Smirnoff, Bacardi Martini, Museum of Australian Democracy, MasterFoods, National Stroke Foundation, Unicef, Amnesty International and Greenpeace.

Josh has also directed content films for eBay, Tourism Australia, Gumtree, Brand Australia, Hungry Jack’s, Foxtel, Qantas, Maximus, Igniting Change, e-Harmony and Lindt. He appeared as an Expert Advisor in a four part TV series called ‘Don’t Make Ads Make TikToks’ hosted by Froomes, and as a challenge judge alongside Karen Ferry on Channel 9’s ‘Celebrity Apprentice Australia’ 2021.

In his spare-ish time Josh walks his dog Debra and wee bebe Flori, floats in bodies of water, watches and reads things, falls asleep watching and reading things, pretends to know things about architecture, and writes satire for ABC TheDrum and The Shovel.
