The world’s first offline, online hacking attack. 🚲

It’s not just big business that is affected by hacking. 60% of small companies go out of business within six months of a cyber-attack. But most small businesses don’t think it’s an issue worth insuring against, because it’s a threat they can’t see or understand. To highlight the very real threat and panic cyber-crime creates we hacked a real small business using the virtual tricks hackers deploy, but in the real world. Without Brompton staff knowing we created a fake version of the brand named 3ROMPTON. We subverted every detail - their logo, products, store, and even their staff - and then opened right across the street.

 

The Hack was a live activation that featured real people without any knowledge of what was going to unfold. We captured the fall out with hidden cameras.

The campaign was teased with a series of short films.

We rolled out a layer of short educational films to get people to understand the importance of being protected, no matter how small their business.
